In the case of a postponement or cancellation less than 14 days before the hire date, the Renter will forfeit the full rental amount paid.
Yes, absolutely. All our jumping castle options include a slide with a pond at the bottom that can be used with water. We would, however, like to bring to your attention that because jumping castles are stitched, the pond will not be watertight. Water will slowly leak out through the seams of the pond. For this reason, you would need to refill the pond from time to time while it is in use.
No, the rental prices you see on our website and pricelist do not include delivery and collection. We do offer delivery and collection to Centurion, Pretoria East, and selective parts of Midrand at an additional cost of R120, and to Pretoria North, Sandton, Fourways, Randburg, Roodepoort, Kempton Park, Edenvale, Boksburg, Bedfordview, Benoni, and Alberton at an additional cost of R170. If you are not based in one of these areas, kindly send us an email providing us with your full physical address and requesting a quote on delivery and collection. We will respond to you within the next working day.

Unfortunately, not. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If you would like to book a jumping castle for use over the weekend then we would deliver it to you on the Friday before your event between 07h00 and 18h00, and collect it on the following Monday between 07h00 and 18h00.
You would be welcome to come and collect the castle from us yourself. However, on the collection of the castle, you will need to bring your original ID document and a copy of your ID document, proof of residence not older than three months, and an R 500.00 cash refundable deposit. These documents must be your documents as we do not accept the ID and proof of residence of a driver. The documents provided to us must be the Renter’s ID and proof of residence. The R 500.00 refundable deposit is in addition to the rental fee. The rental fee must be paid in advance via EFT to secure the booking, and the deposit must be paid in cash when collecting the castle. The deposit would be refunded to you in cash upon the safe and timely return of the castle.
Please note that we do not require documentation and a deposit if we are delivering the castle to your residential address. We only require the above-mentioned documentation and deposit for clients wishing to collect castles from us themselves.
Jumping castle rentals are seasonal, and for this reason, the availability of our equipment varies, depending on the time of year. We recommend booking at least two weeks before the date of your event to avoid disappointment. However, should you contact us closer to the date of your event, we will still gladly do our best to accommodate you with a rental of your choice depending on availability for your chosen rental date.
You are also welcome to make a booking up to six months in advance should you wish to do so, but please note that we do require a payment for the full rental fee to secure a booking. Please also note that our office hours are from 08h00 till 17h00, Monday to Friday. Bookings can only be made during office hours, so we will regrettably not be able to assist you with a rental should you contact us on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday.

If there is someone available at the delivery address the entire day on Friday and Monday then please complete the above details with “anytime” in the delivery and collection slots.
If there will not be someone available the entire day, then kindly provide us with at least two consecutive hours during which we can deliver and collect (i.e. between 10h00 and 12h00 on Friday).
Once we have received the above details from you and have ascertained that the item you are interested in the booking is indeed available for the date of your event, we will respond with an invoice for payment. You will find our banking details on the bottom left-hand corner of the Invoice. You would need to make a payment for the full rental amount within the next 48 hours after having received an invoice should you be making a booking more than seven days before the date of your event, or within 24 hours after having received an Invoice should you be making a booking less than seven days before the date of your event.
Please note that we do not reserve or confirm a booking without payment for the full amount. For this reason, we recommend securing your booking with payment as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Should you wish to make a booking now for one of our castles then we would send you an Invoice and you would need to make a payment for the full amount within the next 48 hours to reserve your booking. If you wish to only make payment at the end of the month then you would need to make contact us again at the end of the month when you are ready to make a payment. Should the castle you are interested in still be available, we will gladly book the castle for you and send you an invoice for payment.
